Recently, we explored a new area --- Foaming machine. Foaming hot melt glue machines are widely used in the purifier industry. Its working principle is to mix inert gas with hot melt glue and sealant, and output it to the glue gun through the hose to form a closed foam structure. Using this foam spray glue equipment, the volume and weight of hot melt glue can be reduced by 50%, achieving the effect of saving glue and sealing.
The features of the whole machine are as follows:
a. Mixing precision metering pump: mix glue and inert gas at the same time, filter and foam in a closed manner
b. Inert gas production system: Utilize a nitrogen production system or bottled high-purity nitrogen to foam hot melt adhesive or provide a nitrogen protective isolation layer for reactive materials.
c: Foaming system structural requirements:
1. A large number of spray foaming hot melt adhesive base materials are used to achieve various product bonding, sealing, and filling applications.
2. The inert gas forms closed foaming to reduce the consumption of hot melt glue and adhesives, improve the bonding effect, and the foaming efficiency is about 50%.

d. High-speed super foaming system: Mix inert gas and hot melt adhesive at the same time, and obtain effects and advantages that traditional spray adhesive applications do not have through the internal and external circulation system. (Achieving glue saving, sealing and isolation protection)
The equipment consists of: glue tank, heating system, inert gas system, mixing metering pump, hose, and glue spray head; the equipment melts the solid hot melt adhesive into liquid by heating, and mixes the hot melt adhesive and the inert gas through the metering pump. It is conveyed to the hose and sprayed onto the workpiece by the glue spray head to seal and foam.
