Last week, we paid a visit to one of our clients specializing in synthetic fur. The market this year has been particularly challenging, marked by a reduction in overseas orders and a significant drop in domestic raw material prices. What caught us by surprise was that despite these tough conditions, our client maintained a steady production rate of 1,000 tons per month starting from May, achieving essentially zero inventory levels.
Their innovative development of high and low pile 3D and 4D synthetic fur products has garnered widespread acceptance among consumers in the fiercely competitive market. By breaking away from traditional single pile heights, they've introduced varying pile heights on the same fabric layer, ranging from 20cm to 30cm, with a weight range of 400-500 gsm, and standard widths of 180cm.
